Vicky Lau, Tate Dining Room and Bar, Hong Kong


Known for her eclectic Asian and French cuisine, named ‘Edible Stories’, Vicky Lau has claimed hearts around Hong Kong’s dining scene, ever since she opened the 26-seater Tate Dining Room in 2012 in Soho’s Elgin Street.

Her signature dish, the Zen Garden is a dessert, presented as a miniature garden with matcha opera cake, passion fruit marshmallow, jasmine macaroon and coconut dark chocolate.
